DEADLINE for MERCHANTS & ORGANIZATIONS to sign up for "HOLIDAY PASSPORT" PROGRAM
The Chamber, inspired by marketing guru Robert Medawar of Medawar Fine Jewelers, is creating a program to drive customers to your business for the rest of the year. On December 1, shoppers will be able to download and print a "LOCAL FIRST Holiday Passport" listing merchants and organizations participating in the program. The Passport will also be included in 750 "Local First" tote bags that will be distributed at the Peninsula Holiday Parade of Lights, December 7th. The only cost for participating merchants / organizations is the donation of an item for the Grand Prize Gift Basket.
Shoppers must visit at least 25 of the merchants / organizations shown on the Passport and get their visit verified with the merchant's return address stamp or label, in order to qualify to win the Grand Prize Gift Basket. The drawing will be held after the first of the year, so shoppers will have incentive to visit your business even after their holiday shopping is done.

Participation in this program is FREE for Chamber members and non-members alike; however, participants are required to donate an item for the Grand Prize Gift Basket that will be awarded after January 1.
