DESCRIPTION:Chili Cook-Off \n\n	 \n\n	Do you make the meanest chili in the South Bay? \n\n	\n\n	Whether it's meat-lovers or vegetarian\, spicy or mild\, with beans or without\, we want it at the PV Street Fair Community Plaza Chili Cook-Off!\n\n	 \n\n	**Want to be a competitor?**\n\n	15 chili masters will vie to win the title of the Best South Bay Chili\n\n	 \n\n	Competitors should register on-line in advance of the competition\, to ensure that they are among the 15 competitors. Both amateur and professional chefs are welcome to participate. Contestants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. \n\n	\n\n	"Anything goes" as far as ingredients. With or without beans\, with or without meat\, etc. Just bring on your signature chili!\n\n	\n\n	\n\n	 There is a NON-REFUNDABLE competition fee of $25 per entry.  \n\n	 \n\n	Before registration\, all competitors MUST familiarize themselves with the rules as well as educate themselves as to safe and sanitary cooking and handling of food.\n\n	Please direct any questions regarding the rules to office@palosverdeschamber.com. \n\n	 \n\n	Judging will be limited to a total of 20 community judges in addition to up to 4 celebrity judges\, so REGISTER EARLY for membership in the Judging Society ($10 registration fee).
