Meet this month's speaker - Kirk Attoian, President of Broadlance Consulting

We are thrilled to welcome Kirk Attoian, President of Broadlance Consulting, as our guest speaker for the Palos Verdes Chamber of Commerce February Learning Lab. Kirk is a seasoned business strategist and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience driving sustainable growth and resilience for organizations. His expertise encompasses corporate leadership, market analysis, and strategic planning, with a track record of success working with companies such as Just Food for Dogs, Muscle Pharm, ReMax Estate Properties, and others.

In addition to his consulting work, Kirk has co-founded two successful businesses: Inacom of Torrance, a computer hardware company, and Interior Technologies, a technology integration firm. His diverse experience and innovative approach have made him a trusted advisor to businesses of all sizes, from startups to established enterprises.

As a passionate advocate for empowering both individuals and organizations, Kirk will share his insights on leveraging a powerful strategic tool: the SWOT analysis. Today’s presentation will highlight how this approach can be applied not only to businesses but also to personal development. 

Topic: Personal SWOT Analysis
Activity: Participants will be led through an analysis exercise to assess their personal SWOT quadrants. Kirk will facilitate the SWOT analysis and then guide participants in discussion and brainstorm and share with other participants.
