The Labyrinth: Finding Grace by Walking in Circles
Presented by Sue Ballotti, MA The search for purpose, meaning, healing and love keeps us restless and unsatisfied. We seem to be walking in circles, repeating old patterns and unable to break the anxious mental loop of “what ifs”! Walking a Labyrinth as a meditative practice quiets the busyness of our thoughts and anxieties and graces the walker with clarity and peace. The grace of a Labyrinth walk is immediate and transformative by nature. We will use a variety of media, music and art to create a grace filled day complete with 2 Labyrinth walks. Dress comfortably and wear your walking shoes. Lunch included.
