About Us
HD Residential Construction is a licensed general contracting firm serving the South Bay, Palos Verdes Peninsula, and greater Los Angeles area, specializing in residential new construction, remodels, ADUs and additions, and aging-in-place renovations. Owner Hannah Dominick came up through project management at high-end general contracting firms and brought those systems, schedules, documentation, and cost control to residential work of every size.
What separates us is structural rather than promotional. We contract open-book and cost-plus, which means the client sees the actual invoice from every subcontractor and supplier and pays the fee agreed to at the outset. There is no hidden markup, because there is nowhere to hide one. Our four pillars are Discipline, Dignity, Durability, and Documentation, and we welcome every homeowner, every family configuration, and every community.
California B License #1089901.
