We are located at the PROMENADE | PV near the LA King ice skating rink. The best way to get to us is on Silver Spur Road, park ont he street, and walkup the stairs. We are the old Ruby diner.

About Us

Pho REDBO is a Wagyu pho restaurant at The Promenade on the Peninsula in Rolling Hills Estates. Every bowl starts with our 24-hour Wagyu bone broth, simmered with charred ginger, charred onion and whole spices, with no powder and no soup base. We serve American, Australian and Japanese A5 Wagyu, raised with no hormones and no antibiotics and brought in through direct supplier relationships.

Our Wagyu beef is SICHMA-certified halal. Every item on our menu is halal except meatball pho, rib cubes pho, and shrimp pho.

Try the rare steak or brisket pho, Wagyu Fried Rice cooked in beef tallow, Shaken Beef, or the Flaming Wagyu torched at your table. Kids 5 and under get a free baby bowl of pho when dining in. Dine in, take out or order delivery, with free parking at The Promenade. We also host school fundraiser nights for Peninsula families.
