About Us

Pho Redbo - Rolling Hills Estates is a Wagyu-focused Vietnamese restaurant located inside The Promenade on the Peninsula in Rolling Hills Estates (by the ice rink). We specialize in pho noodle soup made with slow-simmered Wagyu beef bone broth—clean, aromatic, and deeply flavorful—served with premium beef cuts such as rare steak, brisket, and combo bowls, with limited A5 Wagyu upgrades.

Favorites beyond pho include Wagyu Fried Rice, Vietnamese beef stew (bo kho), Golden Truffle Fries, wagyu sliders and our signature crispy egg rolls.

Our concept is intentionally focused to protect quality: fast inventory turnover, tight prep standards, and consistent beef quality. Ownership reviews ranch and vendor programs with a preference for vertically integrated partners who grow their own feed, raise their own Wagyu cattle, and maintain high standards for animal care and humane handling. We prioritize suppliers with documented programs emphasizing non-GMO feed and no antibiotics or added growth hormones, and follow Halal slaughtering practice, where available.

Serving Rolling Hills Estates, Palos Verdes, Torrance, Lomita, San Pedro, Carson and the South Bay—great for families, large groups, and a warm bowl of pho after a cold skating session. Dine in, takeout, and online ordering available.
