We are excited to announce the 2nd Annual Business Locale Expo - the Palos Verdes Peninsula's only business-to-business and community networking event showcasing businesses and service providers in Palos Verdes and the greater South Bay.

Exhibitor space available. SOLD OUT
$199 - members, $325 - non-members

Rules for Exhibitors:
Hours: All Expo Booths must be set up by 3:45pm and remain staffed until the close of the event at 7pm. Exhibitors can arrive at 3pm for set up.

Display Requirements: All display and business interaction with customers must be conducted within the vendor's 6’ table space. You may add a table rental upon checkout for $25, or bring your own.

Courtesy to other Exhibitors: Participants are not allowed to: hinder or interfere with another vendor's ability to display and sell: including music, use of a bullhorn or "hawking", blocking the pedestrian walkway either visually or physically; sell firearms, ammunition, toy guns, drugs or drug paraphernalia, vaping products or items with lewd or vulgar content. Violators will be expelled from the expo and booth rental fees will not be refunded.

Electricity: Is not available.

Set-up and Parking: Load-in instructions will be sent to you via email approximately one week prior to the event. All vendor vehicles must be unloaded and immediately removed from the front of the venue prior to table set-up.

Other Regulations: Participants are responsible for their own licenses and permits. Sales tax collection and payment to the State of California is the responsibility of the participant. All vendors are required to follow the municipal code and laws of the City of Rancho Palos Verdes, the County of Los Angeles and the State of California.

Tear-down and Clean-up: Participants are expected to remain at their display table until 7pm.
Participants are responsible for clean-up of their space. Trash receptacles are provided within the venue. Not cleaning up your exhibit space will result in a $100 fine.

Promotion: Participants are expected to promote the expo to your followers. Share your excitement about being a part of this amazing event and everyone benefits! #pvpbusinessexpo We will REPOST your posts for added publicity for you!

Door Prize Participation: Each vendor is asked to provide a door prize in the amount not less than $25.

There is only one presenting sponsorship available. Benefits includes your business name along with the chamber as the presenters (ie. The PVP Chamber of Commerce Business Locale Expo, presented by (your business name) as well as an 8' table in entry area with prime location, top billing in all event marketing (press releases, digital flyer, email blasts, social media) hyperlinked logo on event page, two individual social media posts, and a solo email blast announcing your sponsorship.

$1000 Sponsor - 8' table, company logo on event marketing (press releases, digital flyer, email blasts, social media), hyperlinked logo on event page.

$500 Food/Wine Sponsor - Logo and prominent display at the bar/food area, hyperlinked logo on the event page.
